Journeys

One popup is a moment; a journey is a conversation. Journeys route visitors from campaign to campaign based on what they did: a follow-up offer only for people who dismissed, a thank-you only for people who converted.

A journey being edited: starts with the welcome spin, when dismissed shows the exit-intent email popup
A journey card: entry campaign, then outcome-routed steps.

Building a journey

  1. + New journey, give it a name ("Welcome offer follow-up").
  2. Pick Starts with: the entry campaign that anchors the journey.
  3. Add steps: When [a campaign] is dismissed / convertsshow [next campaign]. Chain as many hops as you like.
  4. Save, then Activate.

Outcomes are unambiguous: an email/SMS opt-in or a revealed reward counts as converts; closing without either counts as dismissed. If a visitor somehow does both, converting wins.

Reading the results

Each journey card shows its own funnel (N entered · M routed on · K converted), and each member campaign keeps its own full analytics.

Patterns

Journeys vs flowsSteps inside one popup are a flow; routing between popups across a visit (or several) is a journey. Reach for a flow first; journeys shine when timing matters, like showing the follow-up on the next page rather than the same breath.
